Configuring a flow
Configuring a verification helps businesses easily verify their user’s identity.
How it works
-
Select or create App to successfully call APIs and also to customise verification widget to your branding (logo & color).
-
Select the “countries or country” you would like to carry out user verification according to your specific needs and preferences.
-
Enable or disable the multiple device screen, this allows your users flexibility to continue their verification on any available device.
-
Select “webhook notification” for receiving & sending real-time email notifications.
-
You can decide whether you prefer an automated verification “review” for your users or if you would like to manually review them yourself.
-
You have the option to include “check for duplicates”, which allows the system to verify if the user’s email address has been previously used for verification. This feature helps users seamlessly resume their verification process from where they left off, making the overall experience more convenient and user-friendly.
-
You can choose to enable “send verification status”, which ensures that your users receive email notifications regarding the status of their verification process. This feature keeps users informed, notifying them whether their verification was successful, failed, or if it is still awaiting verification.
-
Including “Add support email” allows you to provide your users with a convenient way to contact support if they encounter any challenges during their verification process. By adding this feature, you can ensure that users have a direct line of communication to reach out for assistance, offering them the help and guidance they need to successfully navigate the verification process.
Configuring a flow sets the backbone of your verification - it basically determines the direction of how your users will be verified.
